Hotel Review: Aakar Lords Inn, Saputara, Gujrat

Visited the place in the first week of August for a small get-together with friends with family. Booked the place through goibio, and thanks to really good deal during a peak time for the place.

Room: The rooms were pretty big, comfortable and well maintained, including the toilets. And if there is a child with you, the side-couch can be really comfortable place for him to sleep. The view of the lake from the rooms was also very good. But the so called balcony is just too small to be called one. Two persons can barely stand there to enjoy the view.

Food: The food served, although pure veg, was excellent and very well prepared. The combinations of items served were also done smartly. Wide cuisine offered to serve the choice of everyone, I can say. With Pasta and Noodles available, the kids will surely enjoy the food.

Cons: The service, in general, was very poor. The main reason I would say, is the place being understaffed to cater the weekend/season rush and it has nothing to do with the staff present. The staff otherwise was co-operative, well trained, well behaved and excellent.
The other major entity missing from the rooms was the coffee/tea maker. For the price charged and the segment in which the management is placing the hotel, coffee/tea maker is an essential basic commodity that needs to be added to the rooms.

It was otherwise a very pleasant stay and nice experience at the place.
